"Let's make a happy little tree"

But in reality this tree took a full year to grow.
I new I needed thicker lats and was somewhat missing the depth to have a proper Christmas tree to put my trophies under. So I focused for a little over a year on Lower lat development with mind muscle connection and specific exercises to bring out this shape.

I'm very proud of the work and what it accomplished. Now to work on the mountain peaks ( biceps)

This is me and my prep coach Devin .

We have been really good friends and have been working together since my very first show in 2011.

He knows my body better then I do at this point. It's really unbelievable how he can take a look at me in prep and adjust one small thing and that creates huge changes.
It almost happens before our eyes.

He is a artistic scientist. He uses nutrition as a paintbrush to create an amazing sculpture out of my body.

And here at the 2022 Atlantic Classic we got to shear with the world our latest creation.

I hope everyone enjoyed what we brought to the stage, after yeas and yeas of work and perfecting this look the reveal on stage was definitely worth every ounce of work put into it.
Thank you all so very much for your encouragement and support along our journey and afterwards. No one has gone overlooked and you all are very appreciated.

We're not quite done. Im Looking forward to revealing something even crazier next year!
