Crazy how I can bust my butt all day, and that one smile on someone’s face makes it ALLLL worth it!

I know it sure means the world to me when someone does something nice for me. Not too long ago, I had a rough week at work.
One of my BFFs knew all about it, and she decided to take action.
She came over and dropped a coffee along with a little goodie bag of all this spa stuff - bath bombs, foot scrubs - the works!

It seriously brightened my whole day ☀️
Shout out to all the people doing the good work.
You know who you are and you ROCK!!!

Have you pushed play!?!? Have you planned your meals? Have you decided that today is the day you start your journey?

Yea it’s Sunday but that doesn’t mean you should take a break from your health.

REMEMBER LADIES & REPEAT AFTER ME🎤starting a new program is hard, the middle is messy but the end is WORTH IT.

You are worth so much more than fast food and hangovers. You are worth more than anxiety and stress over your health.

I use to spend all my time hoping.....
I would find motivation to workout.
I could find the time to make for myself.
I could change my habits.

& after afters years of hoping & getting no where I realized hope isn’t a strategy. Hoping you’ll do something and actually doing it couldn’t be farther from each other on the spectrum.

We all have the same 24 hours in the day.
We all have massive s**t going on in our lives.
We all have responsibilities and days we don’t feel like doing s**t.
But we all don’t choose to let that dictate our lives. & that’s the difference between the ones that make s**t happen and those that hope s**t will happen.

Hoping for change is like peddling on a stationary bike at the end of the day you’ll be in the exact same place as you were.

Working for change is like being on a bike you might fall off and scuff your knee or a get a flat tire but you’ll still be going somewhere even if it is slowly.

That workout is totally making me forget, after I woke up I’ll admit, I was little bitchy 🤷🏻‍♀️😂🙈

(🦈 week, is approaching...TMI?!? Shouldn’t be!)

Learning to use my monthly cycle to recognize more about my body, energy levels and emotions have done nothing but benefited me ♥️
I encourage the woman in my group to do the same, always!

(If you have days where working out is the LAST thing you want to do, you’re not alone!
I’ve even heard fitness gurus say they have to dig deep for motivation sometimes!)

I can’t thank my community enough for what they do for me. When I don’t feel like showing up for myself, they make showing up for THEM EASY. ❤️️

Find something that you LOVE 💕 and NEVER let it go. There is always someone out there willing to pay YOU for what you love to do.

So many people don’t take action on their dreams 💭 and are full of regret when they get older.
All because they were too afraid of what would happen and what other people would think!

Only you TRULY know what you're capable of.

Advice is cheap! 🗣 And you should never take it from anyone you wouldn’t want to trade lives with.

Rest your mind, calm your heart, free your soul..whether it’s your body or your brain, (equally important) I want to remind you - you are allowed to be a masterpiece and a work in progress simultaneously. You can love yourself where you are at and strive to be better at the same time. It is perfectly alright to appreciate your life and also hustle hard to make it even more amazing!

Never forget, that the low key days are just as effective and important as any other 💙
