Instructor Jeremy Ford (he/him) has a third degree black belt in Bushido-Kai Jujitsu, as well as 16 years of experience in fitness and self defense. No experience or equipment necessary to participate in the classes. Instructor Jeremy Ford has over 6 years of experience teaching kids and adults martial arts classes, and is currently enrolled in the education program at MSVU.

Today is the first adult Ford-Fit class! 5:30pm at Fort Needham playground. Make sure to bring water.

We'll start with agility, move to strength, then finish with self-defense!

Don't forget that your fist class is free! Bring a friend, and get Ford-Fit!
