Meet your Head Nurse! 🌲

Bry is back for her fifth summer at Kandalore, joining us from Wales where she is working towards her Bachelor of Nursing degree. She loves everything that makes this place feel like home, the campfires, cheering on the Furtraders at Regatta, and yes, a good rendition of Knife, Fork, Spoon, Spatula. She cannot wait to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and get to know every single camper this summer.

We could not ask for a better person to keep our campers happy, healthy, and ready for every adventure that comes their way! 🛶☀️

Meet your Office Communications Team! 🌲

Miro joins us as our International Liaison, bringing experience across three continents and a background in environmental science, outdoor leadership, and teaching.

Tara is back for her eighth summer at Kandalore, this time as Communications Director after seven summers as a camper herself. She knows exactly what makes this place special and cannot wait to share those moments with families all summer long.

Asha is returning for her fifth summer and second as Head Office Administrator, fresh off graduating from the University of King's College. She loves this community deeply and is so excited to welcome new campers and staff into the magic of Kandalore.

Meet your Program & Camp Life Team! 🌲

Maya is back for her second summer at Kandalore, bringing the same warmth she brings to her work as a core French teacher in Toronto. As Program Director she is so excited to foster friendship, big memories, and a love of the outdoors through everything this summer has to offer.

Lola is heading into her tenth year at camp and seventh on staff, with a double degree in primary and early childhood education and an unshakeable belief in the magic of camp. She is exactly who you want shaping a summer.

Lexi just finished her fourth year of Kinesiology at Laurier and is back for her third Kandalore summer, bringing a love for what this place does for people; a chance to unplug, try something new, and come out knowing yourself a little better.

These three are going to make this summer one for the books! 🛶☀️

Meet your Explorer 2 Director! 🌲

Lefko grew up finding their connection to nature through canoe tripping and has spent seven summers helping others find that same connection, including the past two right here at Kandalore. Fresh off graduating from the University of Toronto with a degree in Philosophy and Linguistics, they are stepping into the X2 Director role with a deep love for the water and a genuine passion for coaching the next generation of trippers.

This summer on the river is going to be something special! 🛶🌿

Meet your LIT Directors! 🌲

Maggie is back for her twelfth summer at Kandalore, and her excitement has not dimmed one bit. She studies Media and Communications at Western and spends her summers doing exactly what she loves, being outside, connecting with campers, leaders, and staff, and spreading her love for this place.

Ash brings a wealth of experience to the role, with a degree in Sports Development, years of teaching young people in the outdoors, and over 17 seasons as part of the Kandalore community between the OEC and summer camp. He is deeply passionate about youth development and helping young people discover what they are capable of.

Together, Maggie and Ash bring an unbeatable mix of heart, experience, and enthusiasm to the LIT program. This summer is going to be a special one! 🛶☀️

Meet your Pathfinder Directors! 🌲

Luke is back for his fifth summer working at Kandalore, wrapping up his degree in Outdoor Recreation Parks and Tourism at Lakehead before heading into teacher college in September. He loves everything the outdoors has to offer and cannot wait to bring that energy to the Pathfinders this summer.

Oli is joining us from Scotland for her third year on staff, fresh off completing her Master's in Product Design Engineering. She loves nature, music, and creativity, and is happiest when the sun is out. What keeps drawing her back is the community, the campfires, the magic of being unplugged, and regatta skits.

Between Luke's love of the outdoors and Oli's passion for creativity and connection, the Pathfinders are in for one unforgettable summer. We cannot wait! 🛶☀️
