A great place to plan a fall camping trip! Come check out the Algonquin South Gate - or the Panhandle as it is known as. Closer, Quieter, Better!

Looking for a great place to camp this year? Check out the South Gate of Algonquin Park. There are walk-in or paddle -in sites available on Kingscote Lake or you can portage into Byers, Branch or Scorch Lakes. There is even a campsite you can book right on the York River! Plan it as an out and back, or do the horseshoe with the help of our parking and shuttle services! Happy to answer all of your questions about the area! Book your canoes and get exploring today!

What a cool looking trip!

We love feeding hungry people! (And pets!) Unfortunately we have to keep our little food stand closed for the time being while we try to figure out insurance for it... even though we have insurance for Deep Roots. It is very frustrating, and we hate disappointing people. Thank you to everyone who has been patient and understanding while we work through this hurdle. Trail and Camp meals are still available, i.e. the High Falls Paddle, Explore & Dine etc., just not our Adventure Fuel Menu for the time being. 😔💔🤑🤑🍔
