STOP TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE PERFECT CLASS.

At SWEAT Social, you don’t have to decide between strength training, conditioning, mobility, performance, functional fitness, or whatever the latest trend is.

You just pick a time that works for your life.

6:00 AM
12:00 PM
5:30 PM

We take care of the rest.

Our Strength, Conditioning & Performance program is a progressive training system. Every workout has a purpose. Every week builds on the last. Our coaches meet you at your current fitness level, teach you the movements, modify where needed, and help you progress over time.

Some days you’ll lift.
Some days you’ll move fast.
Some days you’ll build your engine.
Some days you’ll develop new skills.

The goal isn’t to crush yourself every workout.
The goal is to get fitter month after month, year after year.

Your first class is on us.

THIS IS THE CULTURE WE’RE BUILDING.

Not everyone in the room has the same goals.

Some are training for sport.
Some are training for life.
Some are just getting started.

Everyone belongs.

That’s what we’re proud of.

Not a Soft Gym. A Safe Gym.

Last week, the SWEAT Social coaching team had the opportunity to spend the morning learning from Dr. Schell about trauma-informed principles in fitness settings.

The goal wasn’t to turn coaches into therapists.

The goal was to better understand how people experience challenge, stress, vulnerability, confidence, autonomy, and safety within a gym environment.

The gym isn’t therapy.

But that doesn’t mean coaches shouldn’t understand the realities many people carry with them when they walk through the door.

One of the biggest takeaways was that being trauma-informed doesn’t mean lowering standards or removing challenge.

It means understanding people better.

It means communicating better.

It means recognizing that two people can experience the exact same coaching cue, environment, or workout very differently.

At SWEAT Social, we aren’t interested in being a soft gym.

We’re interested in being a safe gym.

A place where people can be challenged, coached, held accountable, and supported all at the same time.

A huge thank you to Dr. Schell for an incredibly insightful session and for providing our team with a whole new set of tools and perspectives. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be implementing some small adjustments to our coaching practices and sharing more of what we learned.

Strong bodies. Safe spaces.

FITTER LOOKS DIFFERENT FOR EVERYONE.

Some people train alone.
Some people train with friends.
Some people walk through the door knowing nobody and leave with a community behind them.

At the end of the day, we’re all here for the same reason: to become a little fitter than we were yesterday.

Whether your goal is to build strength, improve endurance, lose body fat, compete, stay active, or simply feel better in your own skin, there is a place for you here.

No matter where you’re starting from, just start.

ONE MONTH IN HALIBURTON

In 30 days we’ll be lining up at the Haliburton Curling Club to find out exactly what our engines are capable of.

No judges.
No complicated movement standards.

Just work.

1500m Row
1500m Ski
2.5 Mile Echo Bike
3000m Bike Erg
Runs between every station
Carries that test your grit

You can tackle it solo or grab a partner.

Whether you’re training for HYROX, CrossFit, Strongman, hockey season, or you simply want a challenge to work toward this summer, Engine Trials is built to test capacity, not skill.

You don’t need to be the fastest athlete in the field. You just need to be willing to find out what you’re capable of.

One month from now you’ll either be standing on the start line or wishing you had signed up.
