NHL firsts are built in the off-season 🏒💪

Coming off his first season in the NHL, forward Curtis Douglas has spent the summer off-season grinding at Pursuit Athletic Centre. As our annual Off Season Pursuit Performance Camp starts to wrap for the year, we're excited to see the off-season gains on ice 🏒

NEW MOMS 💪 POSTPARTUM RETURN TO FITNESS AUGUST 12 🚨This is your space to rebuild strength, confidence, and connection safely and with guidance!

Our 6-week Pursuit Postpartum Program is designed to support your recovery, restore your core and pelvic floor, and help you return to strength training with confidence.

Led in small groups by our Physiotherapist (Pelvic Floor Therapist) Carla and chiropractor/strength coach, Dr. Dianne, each session is tailored to meet you where you’re at in your postpartum journey. 👶✨

Next cohort begins August 12.

Program details:
• 6 weeks
• Mondays and Wednesdays | 1:00–2:00 PM
• Attend once or twice weekly, you choose!

Each class focuses on core and pelvic floor work, breathing and posture, mobility, and building strength you’ll use in everyday life as a parent. 💪🏼

GOT 'EM 🏆🥇🙌 It may have taken us almost the entire Pursuit Performance Camp but, we finally stumped the athletes 💪🧠

What this game taught us? These guys will not quit until they get it 👏 Valiant effort by all!

Only a few more weeks of Pursuit Performance Camp which means lots of work and maybe one more attempt at stumping them.
