Knee High Ninjas (3.5-6yrs)
The Knee High Ninjas Program is a fun filled and positive learning experience for small martial artists. The martial arts program is for preschoolers, kindergartners and first graders. Our Knee High Ninja Program strengthens the development of basic good habits such as focus, concentration, cooperating with others, respect for yourself a
nd others, self control and self discipline. While children will be learning solid martial arts basics, they will also be enhancing their motor skills and coordination, as well as the Guelph Family Martial Arts to anti-bullying: which is developing tremendous self confidence and discipline. Combining physical exercise, motor skill development, martial arts and life skills training, the curriculum is designed to build confidence and character and the ability to stand up to negative peer pressure and making positive choices. The importance of this is that it develops the principle of goal setting. The awarding of higher levels of belts gives your child a sense of achievement and accomplishment. Adult Program (16+)
Our adult program is designed to help adults train their mind, body and spirit. Our curriculum will help manage stress, improve mental clarity and increase flexibility while learning valuable self defense. Aero-Kickboxing Program (16+)
Aero-kickboxing is more than a pure cardio event; it lets you release pent-up tension, improves your balance and strengthens your core to the beat of the music! The GFMA Aero program brings practical aspects of self defense techniques to a bag blasting powerhouse of a workout that is so much fun, that once a week will not be enough!
