In March 2009, Amada was first introduced to pole. She was Certified in October 2009 to teach pole fitness,
Amanda followed this new passion and hasn't stopped. In 2015, she entered her first showcase, closely followed by her first pole competition. She had always wanted to bring the art of pole to her hometown. She loved how Anyone; Male,

Female, Large, Small, Beginner or not, can do these classes. They start you off with the basic which are the building blocks of the levels to follow. Starting with strength training and pole based moves gradually working up to spins, climbs and inverts. Pole Dance is a form of performance art, which combines dance and acrobatics centered on a vertical pole. These types of exercise increase core and general body strength using the body itself as resistance, while toning the body as a whole.
