This award is given to an athlete who embodies what 100%You athletics stands for. An athlete who is; encouraging, dedicated, enthusiastic, and is a positive role model and teammate! Cora is all of these things and more!

Cora is an integral part of her company, a constant support and the best cheerleader. She always has a smile on her face, she is passionate, determined, incredibly hardworking and has a kind and genuine heart!

Hey Everyone,

The Mindful Dancer Podcast is officially live 💗 Over the last year I have been working on this project and I am so excited to finally share it with all of you!

The Mindful Dancer Podcast is for dancers who are interested in the power of mindfulness. In each episode, I will share a different concept that will hopefully challenge your current views and help you understand the importance of mindful training and mindful living ✨

You can listen to the podcast on Spotify & on my website under the mindful dancer podcast tab.

I will be sharing when new episodes are live on this page in my stories! So check back here for more updates!!

When COVID hit in March and the studio was shut down I felt like my days had little purpose. So instead of staying in this super uncomfortable place, I decided to set a couple of big goals that would keep me motivated and encouraged during this extremely difficult time!

My goals included: designing a new website for my business, creating a promotional video, and potentially taking the steps to start a podcast!! Let's just say I have been keeping busy.

I didn't put a lot of pressure on myself; I just worked away at these projects when I felt inspired to do so. It is with great excitement that I launch my website/promo video and podcast concept TODAY!

After completing the team program, 1-2 athletes (depending on enrolment) from each team is chosen to receive the 100%You Athlete award. The chosen athlete is an individual who embodies what 100%You Athletics stands for. An athlete who is: encouraging, dedicated, enthusiastic, and is a positive role model and teammate! Along with a certificate the chosen athlete(s) will receive a $100.00 scholarship to go towards their training!

In years past the 100%You athlete awards have been given out at year end recitals or banquets. Although these events will not take place this year the 2020 100%You athletes still deserve to be recognized and applauded!

This years athletes are as followed:
Performance Dance Academy: Lucia K (12-) & Mya V (13+)
Danceology: Emily P
Studio 22: Ella M

Athletes your studios are super lucky to have you on their teams and are forever grateful for your hard work and commitment! I am also very proud of each of you and feel honoured to have you represent 100%You as an ambassador 💗

Your certificates/scholarship will be given to your studio directors in the coming weeks!!
