Quick clarification about our Competition Class.
Yes, it’s invite-only — but that doesn’t mean it’s closed to visitors.
We actually love having people from other gyms come in, especially upper belts. Different styles, different looks, different reactions — that’s valuable for everyone preparing to compete.
Lower belts are welcome too, and you don’t need to be an experienced competitor. If you’re getting ready for your first tournament and you’re ready for a more demanding training environment, reach out to us.
The only reason we have some gatekeeping around the class is to make sure everyone understands what they’re walking into and that we can keep the room safe. This isn’t an open mat or a drop-in class — we just ask that you contact us first.
The rounds are harder and more intense than a regular class, but intense doesn’t mean reckless. We still expect everyone to train intelligently, respect their partners, and keep each other safe.

Visitors may be asked to complete our waiver before training, and we’ll confirm any applicable drop-in details when you contact us.
