Expect kickboxing fundamentals, cardio bag work, pad work, and a fun, high-energy class that helps you build skill while getting in great shape.

Schedule:
Mon & Wed: 8:00–9:00 PM
Fri: 7:00–8:00 PM

Rates: Members: $25 + HST add-on
Non-members: $99 + HST

Spring is here! We are very grateful for our students, families, coaches, and everyone supporting our growing community at the new location. We’re proud of what’s being built here and excited for what’s ahead.

A big day for 519 Jiu-Jitsu. 🚀

Grand opening, promotions, and a new chapter in our new home.

A huge thank you to our coaches and early supporters who believed in this from the beginning and helped lay the foundation for what we’re building. Your effort, loyalty, and belief have meant a lot.

And thank you to the community that continues to grow around us — teammates, families, friends, and supporters. Every person who steps through these doors helps make this place what it is. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited for where we’re headed.

Congratulations to everyone promoted today. These moments reflect consistency, effort, and growth on the mats, and it was great to celebrate them together.

Today was our grand opening and promotions at our new location, and we’re incredibly grateful for the families, kids, and community helping us build something special here. Watching these kids grow in confidence, discipline, and resilience is what it’s all about.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨

After only 4 months of training, Joe has officially invented a brand new technique.

We’re calling it: “The Joe Lock.”

Strange coincidence though… a guy on Instagram named seems to be doing the exact same move.

Not saying he stole it…
but the timeline is looking suspicious. 👀
