Don't avoid yoga just because the gym or studio is closed. Stay in shape and stay sane lol. For the months of January and February come to class virtual on Tuesday Wednesday Thursday at 7pm. $5 per class $10 per recording with 3 days access. The links to join each class are right down here

Hello everyone. Just a reminder that Virtual classes are still happening regularly. Also I can offer a fantastic price for virtual. Pm me for details. In more important news. Cummings will be teaching this Thursday at 5pm. Class is $12.50 an we would love to offer you the chance to bring an new friend, family member or loved one to class. They can absolutely come with you for $5 to intro them into yoga. Saturday this weekend will be at 12 noon an Sunday at 5pm with the same bring a person deal.
