π§ββοΈ Ease into Practice - Tuesday Evenings @ 6:00pm
This class is designed for those new to yoga or returning to their mat after an absence or injury. These classes have simple, easy to follow moves, focusing on the basics - breath, stretch and relaxation.
π§ββοΈ YogaFLOW - Wednesday Mornings @ 10:00am
This class builds on movement to warm the body. We use simple, accessible sequences to strengthen the body by building to more challenging poses at a moderate pace.
π§ββοΈ Strong & Balanced - Thursday Evenings @ 7:00pm
This class focuses on core strengthening to support the spine and build strength in many areas of the body to develop/enhance balance. Stretching to keep limber and reduce pain and discomfort and strengthening exercises to keep legs and back strong, including targeted balance exercises. Weight bearing poses, use of props and 'patience' for healthy aging.
π§ββοΈ YogaMOVES - Monday, Tuesday, Friday @ 10:00am
This class is geared toward the mature yoga student. Reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen bones, become more flexibility, sleep better, build balance, but most importantly... have fun.
π§ββοΈ YINYoga - Wednesday Evenings @ 8:00pm
This class is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. The poses are held for a long period of time to target the connective tissues rather than focusing on the muscles. Props can be used to support the poses.
π§ββοΈ Yoga with Hannah Blue Angel Yoga
Classes offer a playful teaching style that includes options for mixed ability classes. Hannah gives participants permission to explore and have fun with by using sweet unexpected alignment and movement cues like 'Picking Apples', 'Squeeze the Balloon' or 'Boat don't Float'
All of our classes are suitable for all fitness levels as modification/supports will be suggested.
