The muscles in your posterior chain (back side of the body) are often weaker or out of balance in comparison to the anterior side.

A few reasons are that sitting reduces blood flow, work related activities and screens create poor postural positions that inhibit muscle, walking and running is quadriceps dominant, and aesthetically we just don’t look at many of those body parts as often, so less reason to train them.

đź’ŞPosterior deltoids, rhomboids, lower trapezius, erectors, glutes, hamstrings and calves are a few examples of neglected areas that will cause issues in parts of the body in which they may not seem related to.

🏋️Pulling or rowing from various angles, back extensions, various hip hinges and carries are some examples of the exercises that will improve the quality of the posterior chain.

It should ne noted that even though I could get away these things in my earlier years, many items would have given accelerated benefits.
