✨Introducing Miss. Sophie✨

With a background in Kinesiology and Physiotherapy, Sophie is a passionate teacher who cares about helping dancers develop strong technique, confidence, and movement artistry. She has over 20 years of competitive dance experience and 10 years of teaching recreational and competitive dancers of varying ages and levels.

Trained in Russian Vaganova Ballet, she consistently achieved distinction in the Society of Classical Ballet examinations and has performed, competed, and coached internationally. Her experience includes recognition as a Top 24 Contemporary Soloist at the YAGP Toronto Regionals in 2018, as well as coaching and choreographing an award-winning routine at the university level in England.

She aims to create a supportive and inspiring space where dancers can develop both technical strength and a love of movement.

🎪Open House BBQ Wednesday, September 9th. 4:00-8:00pm - Come hang, play games, meet the community, and kick off the season with us!

We’re so excited to welcome you to our Micro Competitive Team! ⬇️

Designed as a fun and welcoming first step into competitive dance, this program gives young dancers ages 4-5 the opportunity to experience performing, competing, and being part of a team, all with a low-commitment approach!

✨What to expect:

• Just 2.5 hours of dance per week

• Learn 1 competitive routine

• Attend only 2 local competitions during the season

With a different theme each week, girls can look forward to a mix of games, creative activities & social time!

It’s a chance to step away from the pressure of sports or competition, and simply enjoy spending time with other girls their age, all while creating some pretty special memories! 🎀
