2026 Summer Camp Dates! ✨

I think we’re all ready to be done with the freezing temperatures and get back to sunshine and warmth!

So let’s talk about everyone’s favourite part of summer … Ridgedale’s summer camp! 🤩

For the past 3 years, our summer camps have been a huge hit!

We have more fun plans for this summer! Don’t miss out on a summer of making new friends, gaining more time in the saddle, learning lots about horses, and going on off-property adventures with our favourite equines!

🔔 NEW THIS YEAR: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to book your spot this year.

In true holiday spirit, our riders (and a few festive ponies) brought some extra cheer to their evening lessons tonight! 🎅🏽🐴

Ridgedale Equestrian is looking to add TWO draft crosses to our team! 🐴

We are located in Grimsby, Ontario - just 7 minutes from the QEW!

Our lesson program caters to riders of all levels, Children to Adults! We participate in local schooling shows, fall fairs, wine rides, and Santa Claus parades!

Our lesson horses are adored by our riders, and treated with the utmost care and devotion!

Your horse will receive:
💙 Free choice hay 24/7
💙 Access to pasture fields in the summer
💙 Large wood run-ins in fields for shelter
💙 Fresh clean water provided year round (heated in winter)
💙 Daily blanket change to accomate weather
💙 Balanced ration-diet to fit horse’s individual needs

The ideal candidate:
🤍 Steady, confidence-building personality
🤍 Safe and reliable temperament
🤍 Solid mind
🤍 Mild Maintenance ok
🤍 Ability to comfortably carry a range of riders

Preferences:
🐴 Stocky / wide build
🐴 Experience in schooling / lesson environment
🐴 Lives outdoors (not a deal breaker)
🐴 Suitable for beginner - intermediate riders
🐴 Able to jump a course between X to 2ft.

These girls participated in some pony fun today for their morning lesson! Followed by a scavenger hunt around the farm and some intense water games to stay cool! 💧
