As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and competitive gymnastics coach, Manuel brings a strong foundation in both strength and movement, with experience working with both youth and adults. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

His approach focuses on building strength, improving athletic performance, coordination, and overall physical conditioning, all through a thoughtful and supportive coaching style.

A world gold medalist in cheerleading, Manuel understands what it takes to perform at a high level and is here to help you do the same.

A lot of you have already heard or seen it in the gym, but Lukaz is going in for rotator cuff surgery today.

He tore it about a month ago under the bar. Just part of the sport we love, but still not easy.

If youโ€™ve spent any time at Rush, and/or know him personally, youโ€™ve seen how much he shows up for everyone. Always helping, always around.

Today itโ€™s our turn to show up for him.

Quick heads up, itโ€™s still business as usual at the gym. Members still have 24 hour access, but you wonโ€™t see us in tomorrow. Our placement students will be at the desk, and if thereโ€™s anything you need that they canโ€™t help with, weโ€™ll get back to you over the next few days.
