Yoga Revolution by Tracey Gosnay Specializing in yoga rehabilitation, yoga therapy and acupressure. I discovered yoga in Sudbury after I was diagnosed with arthritis. Alban's Church in Capreol.

I then began practicing yoga to alleviate the pain and fell in love. I began to feel the long list of benefits from yoga and by practicing regularly; I was soon able to stop my arthritis medication and became pain free. Quickly I made the decision to teach yoga because I was so inspired to help others who are also in pain. Now I own my own Rehabilitation and Yoga Therapy Business. I am excited to combine Yoga Teaching and Rehabilitation with my clients who’ve been in accidents and/or experience pain. Working alongside a local psychiatrist and his team, they have witnessed many clients who have improved their range of motion, flexibility, balance, strength, stress levels, anxiety and more due to regular yoga practice and this has created a fire, a love and a passion within me to continue on this path. I get very inspired and excited for my clients when I see the improvements they have made physically, emotionally and spiritually. I have completed over 1000 hours of teacher training in yoga therapy. I am excited to continue my spiritual journey and continue to grow as a person. I continue to work with the Headway Clinic’s Team and the Advantage Physiotherapy. I will continue to teach yoga at the St.

Protect your space, protect your mindset, and put your energy into leveling up. Real power is quiet. It’s peace of mind, financial freedom, and knowing you’re building something that matters.

While others waste time chasing attention, you’re chasing purpose. Let them talk. Let them spiral. You’ve got goals to reach and a life to elevate.

Maturity looks like discipline, emotional control, and choosing the bigger picture every time.

Did you know I will be offering this on our Yoga retreat?? Some people believe that memories, feelings, and even traumas from past lives can still affect them today. The Past Life Perspective is that most of my clients want to explore their past lives in order to resolve issues from previous lifetimes or simply learn more about themselves and the nature of reality in general.

Did you know this centrally located market is a great place to hunt for quirky souvenirs at prices lower than you’ll find in the shops or the airport. Open weekdays from 8am until 3pm, the covered market is divided between handicraft stalls and food stalls selling regional fare. Make sure to stop at Taqueria La Lupita, which offers some of the best tacos in the city, if not the state.
