Above all I am a mother of four incredible little beings. I am an educator and my first career was a post-secondary Prof. You will see that come across in my Coaching style. I am a kettlebell and fitness enthusiast, sometimes a runner, yoga instructor and Nutrition Coach and Mindset Coach. I speak from the heart and have no filter left to tolerate bull sh*t. Jodi Frances will be offering her amazing services for one day ONLY at our Valley East location on July 14th from 1:15PM to 5:15PM - only 4 appointments available!

This will be a chance to receive supportive, hands-on bodywork designed to help your body soften, reset, and recover. Whether you’re feeling tight from training, carrying stress in your body, or simply needing a moment to pause and unwind, these sessions will offer space for release, restoration, and nervous system support.

It is not about looks, it's about function. Moving well helps prevent injury, supports your body, and allows you to keep up with everything life and summer bring your way.

The only sales pitch I need for our Strong Girls Program is that their parents consistently tell me how excited they are to come and how much better their mood is...and if a happier teenage daughter isn't a sales pitch....I don't know what is!

Our Strong Girls program is designed to teach your 12-16 year old the movement fundamentals important in the gym. Each week they are introduced to lifts and movement patterns in a safe and supportive environment. For the summer our Strong Girls will be running on Lorne Street on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15PM.

Choose from once per week, or twice per week as monthly options. Or you can access the class on a class pass.
Sign up based on the number of times your Teen will attend each week. **Be sure to choose the "Strong Girls" version of our memberships. All sign up happens in our App - Round Two Fitness and Cycle.

What if I can’t make every class?

That is completely okay. Consistency does not have to mean perfect attendance, it just means showing up when you can.

When you do come in, make sure you sign in. It helps us keep track of your progress, makes sure you are getting credit for your classes and rewards, and helps us support you better along the way.

Just show up when you can and check in when you do! 🤩💪🏻

We have a full virtual platform, and this summer we are expanding it even more!

You can now access:

• 3 Strong workouts each week
• 2 Pilates sessions each week
• 1 Yoga class each week

That means more flexibility, more options, and more ways to stay consistent wherever summer takes you.
Virtual access is included with Classic and Extreme memberships, and we also offer a Virtual membership that includes one in-person class per week.

This summer, we are also opening virtual access to Lite members upon request. If you would like access, please email [email protected], and we will get you set up.

Not sure how to use Virtual? We are happy to help with that too.
