This time of year always brings us lots of joy and feelings of fulfillment. Had the pleasure of coaching both and .sobush this summer in preparation of their upcoming seasons. The summer was filled with difficult training sessions and pushing these young men to their limits. Not only did they become better athletes, but watching them grow as individuals was truly inspiring. We wish both these guys the best of luck with their future endeavors and we can’t wait to see how well they perform this season 👊🏼🏒

Smart training with a clear direction of what adaptation we want the body to achieve is always the best answer when it comes to strength and conditioning. Whether your goals are strength, hypertrophy, power, agility etc, you need to have a well throughout and periodize program that’s going to allow your body to receive the correct amount of stimulus while simultaneously managing fatigue.
