Information regarding the men’s and women’s changerooms are as follows:

Tile regrout and repair work has been scheduled in the Men’s showers between Monday, February 2 and Monday February 9. All work in the shower area has been scheduled to be completed overnight between 9:00PM and 5:00AM. During the work, the change rooms, washrooms, and select showers will remain operational.

Tile regrout and repair work has been scheduled in the Women’s showers between Wednesday, February 4 and Tuesday, February 10. Due to Men Technicians completing this work, the Women’s shower area will be closed during the following hours:
· February 4 at 9:00PM- February 5 at 5:00AM
· February 5 at 9:00PM- February 6 at 5:00AM
· February 8 at 9:00PM- February 9 at 5:00AM
· February 9 at 9:00PM- February 10 at 5:00AM

During the work, the change rooms and washrooms will remain operational. Please excuse us while we work to service the repair as quickly as possible to minimize disruptions to you.

Join instructors Marc and Amy in our new program, LesMills Strength Development! Whether new to weight lifting or a seasoned pro, Strength Development will build muscle, improve technique, and grow your confidence so you can train more powerfully in the studio and on the gym floor.

Starting next week you can expect to see Strength Development on Tuesdays at 10am, Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 12pm!
