The Gym Fitness Center and T2 have recently integrated into a 12,000 square foot facility. It has been newly renovated to include several unique and specialized pieces of equipment, an 80ft turf runway, all of which assist in providing you with the results you want. The runway is used for various training methods including tire flipping and sled dragging as seen on The Biggest Loser, and UFC, and

many, many other uses. T2 is about finding the right program for you! We will stop you from wasting your time walking aimlessly from machine to machine. T2’s optional workout-of-the-day (W.O.D.) pushes you through a productive 30 minute workout that guarantees to shed fat, increase strength and sculpt a new body fast. Be prepared for a noticeable increase in energy, a dramatic reduction in the stresses you face daily, and overall a healthy fit lifestyle. Make a change in your life...You deserve it! The Gym has many group training classes that are unique, and range from 30 minutes and up. Some classes include Boxing, Kickboxing, Step, Zumba, Zumba-kids, H.I.I.T., TRX, Kettle Bell, Body Blast, Runway, Circuit, and more. The classes are fast-fun and effective, and will keep you looking forward to the next one! The Gym also includes two large cardio sections with a large variety of equipment to choose from, plus flat screen TV’s. We have a large dumbbell and barbell section, machines, and a specialized set of Strive equipment, excellent for rehab/prehab and circuits. We have a Ladies–only section as well, equipped with its own shower and toiletry area, cardio equipment, machines and dumbbells.

✅🚫 DO THIS, NOT THAT: Shoulder Tap Plank Edition 💪

❌ NOT THAT:
DON'T CHEAT! If your elbow of the arm tapping your shoulder is still touching the ground, you're missing the whole point of the exercise.

✅ DO THIS:
Lift your hand completely off the ground and tap your opposite shoulder. Keep your body straight, brace your core, and minimize any twisting as you alternate sides.

💥 Why it matters:
The moment you take a hand off the floor, your core has to work overtime to stabilize your body. That's where the real benefit comes from. The better your form, the more you'll feel your abs, obliques, and core working.

Slow it down, stay tight, and make every rep count! 🔥

Business owners always say, "I could never work a 9-to-5." But as a business owner, I laugh every time I hear that because most of us traded a 9-to-5 for a 5-to-9... and then some. 🤣

Between running the gym, training my own clients, teaching classes, answering messages, and making sure everything at T2 runs smoothly, I pretty much live here. But honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way. 🔥

When you're surrounded by an amazing community of positive people all working to better themselves, it doesn't feel like work. It feels like home.

The only time it starts to feel like hard work is when I'm cranking out a few reps on the leg press... 😅💪

My #1 life hack? Meal prep! 💯🥗

Want to get in shape, feel better, have more energy, save money, and stay consistent with your nutrition? Prep your meals in advance. When healthy meals are already waiting in the fridge, there's no guessing, no temptation, and no last-minute drive-thru decisions.

I recommend prepping 3–7 days at a time so you're always ready to go. Pack your meals, throw them in a cooler if you're on the road, and make success the easy choice.

Failing to plan is planning to fail. Meal prep for the win! 🔥💪

🏋️‍♀️TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY🏋️‍♀️

Not long ago Joanne and Megan, walked into T2 with one simple goal… to feel better, get stronger, build confidence, and look their absolute best.

Then something happened…

The exercise bug bit them.

What started as wanting to get in shape turned into chasing a dream they never thought possible… stepping on stage for their very first competition.

They stayed consistent.
They pushed through the hard days.
They trusted the process and put in the work necessary to completely transform themselves physically and mentally.

And then there’s Lucia T2 The Gym OG!

Mrs. Consistency herself.

You could literally set your clock by when she walks into the gym every single day. Always bundled up in her sweat clothes, always ready to work, and always giving 100%.

At 64 years young, she continues to prove there are absolutely no limits when you stay disciplined and consistent. Every single year she improves, and this year she brought an even better package to the stage by adding more muscle, improving her conditioning, and putting together a posing routine that truly showed how much work and dedication she put into this journey.

The transformations have been incredible, but the best part is this journey is only just beginning.

The first step is complete.
Now it’s time to build the next plan, set new goals, and continue becoming even stronger versions of themselves.

We are proud of all of you! So many people say they’re going to compete but never make it on stage and you did it .
