There are so many people in need this holiday season. We’re working with SOS (Sudbury Outreach Support) to provide some of the more non-traditional items that are not often donated. There will be a donation bin at the front desk. Some of the items needed include:

Gloves and mitts, deodorant, new underwear for men size M and L, women size S and M, lip balm, flashlights, lighters, tarps, duct tape, meat sticks or beef jerky, protein bars, trail mix, nutrition drinks (Ensure, Boost), hand warmers, bus tickets, nail clippers, and hair brushes

Anything you can spare would be so greatly appreciated! Please help us contribute to ensuring more people in this city have the things they need this holiday season. We thank you in advance and wish you the happiest of holidays!!

We’re doing a costume competition for our Group Fitness New Release! We have some cool prizes so it’s a great time to join a class and take part in the fun!

Takes place Oct. 20th to the 26th. You can attend any class that week and wear something Halloween themed to be entered

If you’ve never tried a class, come try one! They’re a great workout and a lot of fun! We can’t wait to see your costumes! Ask the front desk for more info
