Even though it was only 6 degrees when we started, we were in our tshirts in no time. You never regret the workout you do…even if the 5:30am alarm 🚨 makes you second guess your choices.

Also, I just need to get this out in case anyone else watched it too…DTF St Louis is a weird, wonderful, bizarre, cringy, lovely little show that will have you questions what the hell you just watched…anyone else agree?

Here are a few highlights from our Quebec trip. We had such an amazing time, riding trails, hanging in a little cabin north of Quebec City and taking in all of the beauty around us.

1. Shores of Tadoussac, sadly we didn’t spot any whales…probably should have just done a boat tour 2. Evan thinking thru scary things (he did it btw) 3. View from the top 4. Legend 5. Peeing in pretty places 6. Cutest little grater 7. My favourite view for one last workout before the trip started.

6am arrival 😍.

Today I have my final exam of my third semester at Cambrian in the Massage Therapy Program. I’ll be booking massages Fall 2027 so watch out for that 🤪.

Next week we’re heading out of town so there will be a change in classes. Our 6am classes will be put on hold until Wednesday, Sept 2nd. Next week Angie will be hosting her final Pilates class on Wednesday at 7pm and we have a new instructor joining us! Victoria Kennedy will be hosting Thursday evening’s yoga class at 7:30. Then Victoria AND Matt Foy will be hosting the Full Moon Yoga class Friday evening at 8:30pm.

The following week I’ll be back for Thursday evening yoga. Check out the app for the booking calendar and make sure you sign up. If you’re interested in joining us for fitness classes in September…which, let’s be honest, the best time for the early morning sunrises, I’ll be posting a September fitness special very soon so watch out for that.

Heading into my final exam feeling prepared, excited and relieved all at once. So glad I got a sweat in before it. Thank you to everyone who joins me for classes in the park. You really make my summer so enjoyable and active. I appreciate your commitment.

It was a beautiful morning 😍😍 in case you missed it, here is the sunrise over Ramsey. We had some new faces again this week! If you’ve been thinking about it, just try it once so you can say you did it and that’s that.

When you show up for your first class we will always make it just a little bit easier for you so you feel like you did something but you don’t feel like you almost died 😝. I think that the secret formula. Love your body, not hate your choices 😂😂
