Every baby is different, but it’s amazing to look back and see how much changes in just a few short months. From tiny newborn wake windows to longer stretches of play and connection, watching sleep and development evolve has been such a special journey.

There isn’t one “perfect” schedule for every baby, but there are age-appropriate sleep needs that can help set your little one up for success. 💛

Let’s clear something up…

Baby sleep is full of “rules” that get passed around like their universal truths.

Rock them to sleep
Put them down drowsy but awake
Let them cry it out

And parents are not feeling like they have to pick a “method” and hope it magically works.

Here’s what I want you to know:

There is no one size fits all approach to sleep. What works for one baby can completely fall apart for another.

The goal isn’t perfection at bedtime - it’s consistency, responsiveness, and a plan that actually matches your baby’s temperament and stage.

If you’ve been trying to follow all the “ shoulds” and it still feels hard… It’s not you.

It’s the advice that was never fully complete.
