Nick started his fitness journey at 17 years old exercising in his garage.

Nick fell in love with fitness shortly after starting, he loved seeing his body physically change but more importantly he loved how it was a relief from his anxieties.

Nick suffers from fibular hemimelia and due to this had his right leg amputated at the age of 2. He never let that stop him from doing what he loves and through fitness he found confidence.

Nick has spent the last 6 years experimenting with different diets and workouts to better understand how the body reacts.

You may recognize Nick from BOSS Supplements, this is where he took the opportunity to begin researching nutrition, supplementation, and fitness.

After having some amazing mentors and coaches to learn from, we are happy to have Nick join our team!

Introducing Ironworx personal trainer Kyle Blake.

Kyle began his fitness journey playing competitive hockey and running track and field through high school. At the age of 17, he picked up his first dumbbell and was hooked.

By the age of 22, Kyle was competing in his first bodybuilding show as well as finishing a RN degree at Laurentian University

Since this time, Kyle has worked full time as a RN and competed at the national level on multiple occasions making the top 5 in the heavyweight bodybuilding category. He has won the Sudbury Classic twice and was the guest poser at the same show in 2017.

Now his focus has shifted to helping others with their fitness needs. Whether it be for a lifestyle change, competition purposes or just the sheer love of training, he’s more than happy to help.
