South Prairie Silverbacks Hockey Program The South Prairie Silverbacks is a carded development hockey program based out of Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan.

The program was founded by Jordan Brisebois in 2017 as a simple 3 on 3 team put together with kids from Gravelbourg, Kincaid, Ponteix and Coronach. Since then, Jordan’s brother Travis has joined the program and the South Prairie Silverbacks has evolved into a private and in-scope development program with a U9 and U11 team. Jordan is currently CEO of the program with Travis Brisebois operating as director of hockey operations. To date, the program has impacted nearly 200 kids in some form or another through various skills and skating sessions and of course, our in-house teams. The program has drawn kids from Gravelbourg, Kincaid, Coronach, Mossbank, Lafleche, Frontier, Ponteix, Coderre, Swift Current, Shaunavon, Glentworth, and Assiniboia.
