Peace Country Junior Golf Tour Junior golf tour for boys and girls ages 10-18 located in the the Peace Region of Northern Alberta. Fee is $25 nonrefundable. Pre-payment is mandatory.

Since 2013, the Grande Prairie Golf & Country Club is proud to be the founding golf club for the Peace Country Junior Golf Tour. Eligibility
Entries for the Peace Country Junior Tour are open to all male and female junio

r golfers ages 10-18. Entry Procedures
Registration for 18 hole events must be received by Tuesday for the Thursday events. Payable to the Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club. Call the Golf Shop at (780) 532-0340 ext 1 to register. Registration for the Major Events
The Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club Junior Open and The Dunes Golf & Winter Club Junior Open, are the tour’s major events. These events are two day events, 18 holes each day. To register for play in The Dunes Golf & Winter Club Junior Open, please call The Dunes to register at 780-539-4333. For the Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club, please call 780-532-0340 to register. Participant Cancellation and No Show Policy
· The Tour will not refund entries after the Tuesday registration deadline.
· No shows for events will incur 100% forfeiture of registration fees. Practice Privileges
As the host club, the Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club invites all tour members to use the three practice areas during the months of July and August. This privilege is for tour members ONLY, others (parents included) will incur the usual cost for the use of these facilities. Prizes
Prizes are given at the end of the tour season and at the major event. Personal Appearance
Players MUST be neat in appearance with respect to personal grooming and clothing. All players must adhere to the tour dress code. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from tour events. The use of to***co and alcohol is strictly prohibited on tour. Tour Dress Code
Shirts must have collars and sleeves. Pants and shorts must be tailored. Hats must be worn the correct way. (Brim on the front). Point System
One day event attendance = 10 points
1st in each age group/flight will receive 25 points
2nd in each age group/flight will receive 20 points
3rd in each age group/flight will receive 15 points
4th in each age group/flight will receive 10 points
5th in each age group/flight will receive 5 points
Two day (Major) event attendance=20 points

Tee times are set for tomorrow’s PCJT Tour Championship!

The original plan was to play the championship in a match-play format. However, due to the number of registrations and available tee times, the tournament will now be played as an 18-hole stroke-play event.

Following the tournament, we will also recognize and award the top three finishers in each division’s season-long points race!

Good luck to all our junior golfers tomorrow. We’re looking forward to a great finish to an incredible season!

What a season for the **Peace Country Junior Tour! ⛳️🏆**

The 2026 PCJT regular season is officially in the books, and it was an incredible year of junior golf! A huge thank you to all of our players, parents, host courses, sponsors, and volunteers who helped make this season such a success.

Congratulations to all of our division leaders and to every junior who competed this year. It’s been awesome watching the competition, sportsmanship, and friendships grow throughout the season!

The Grande Prairie Junior Open was a huge success! With over 80 juniors competing between the junior open and the wee linkers open. This was our first major of the year so PCJT points were worth double.

A huge thank you to all the players, parents, volunteers, and the team at Grande Prairie Golf & Country Club for helping make this event one to remember.

The Peace Country Junior Tour made its way up to Dawson Creek this week, where 70 junior golfers battled the windy conditions in another fantastic stop on the 2026 PCJT schedule.

A huge thank you to the Dawson Creek Golf & Country Club, the tournament organizers, volunteers, and everyone who helped make the event such a success. Your hard work and hospitality are greatly appreciated and continue to make this one of the highlights of the PCJT season.

This week on the PCJT schedule is the Dawson Creek Junior Open.

A few important details about the event:
✅ Wednesday check-in opens at 10:00 AM under the Glacier Glass registration tent.
✅ Players’ meeting begins at 11:30 AM.
🏌️ Shotgun start is at 12:00 PM for ALL players.
✅ Wee Linkers & U11 players must have a caddie for this event.
✅ If you haven’t paid your registration yet, you can call the Pro Shop today to pay in advance or pay Wednesday morning before checking in. Please bring your proof of payment to the registration table.
✅Wee Linkers be ready to tee off at 11:40am immediately following the player’s meeting
