The Kung Fu taught in our classes focuses on attacking while evading opponents' attacks. Defences are generally done from a distance while attacks are quick and accurate. As a student learns more they move from general attack regions to specific points using pressure point strikes. One of the key features of our style is that a student doesn't need to be stronger or bigger than their opponent. Ins

tead, we focus on building the strength and skill of the individual to win through strategy and persistence. Training in White Crane Kung Fu follows one basic rule: practice. While students are taught in class, training at home is the student's responsibility. The more a student practices the quicker they learn and progress. Whether practicing art forms, Chi Gung, sparring, self defence, or lion dance the student will gain experience no matter what they practice. Kid's class is for ages 5-10 and is Mondays at 6:30 -7:10 PM
Adult's class is Mondays at 7:15 -9:00 PM and Thursdays 7:00-9:00 PM
No classes are held on Stat holidays. If you would like to try a class, wear jogging pants and a T-Shirt and come on down! We encourage new Adult class students to come on Thursdays if possible.
