Wondering what I do?? I help you build strong healthy and happy emotional states.

It’s super important that you’re able to love yourself just as you are, and from there continue to build confidence, contentment, calm and ease.

It’s also super important you’re able to access parts of yourself that may have been denied, ignored and experience new levels of self awareness and acceptance.

From there is where true healing, growth and inner peace happens.

What would I do if you came to me with emotional overwhelm?

I’d walk you through the steps to safely take down the table legs that are holding up that “emotional overwhelm” and help you build up the legs to a new table of “ease, peace and joy” - or whatever new table you want to build 😘

Stress mode has us take action before thinking things through.

In moments of stress or anxiety use this heart breathing exercise to hit the pause button - reducing that anxiety / stress.

The pause creates a choice point.

From there you’re in a more relaxed state to choose a more supportive thought - to think a word or action through before making it.

Creating a healthier outcome for you and those around you.

You’re breath is a powerful tool to stabilize and center.

As moms we know the ins and outs of our kids.

We anticipate and innately sense their needs and wants.

Yet at times we can feel overwhelmed, impatient and helpless not knowing what to do or how to handle situations with them.

Vedic astrology is a very useful tool that helps us better understand ourselves, and our kids.

To know more what we and our kids need at a soul and unconscious level.

If you know my kids, this will make sense:

Hudson has a strongly placed moon (mind, instincts, nurturing)

Olivia has a strongly placed sun (confidence, will, life-force)

Seeing both of their strengths come to light in their chart has helped me better understand their individual needs and how I can nurture and foster them as their momma.

Also, has helped me make sense and be more patient with their dynamic as siblings.

Fear can have us act impulsively or paralyze us, it can reduce sense and perception.

Trust allows to slow down and see more of the big picture.

It helps our life force and vitality expand and connect.

When we know that we are connected and supported in life we’re more able to see and step into opportunities around us.

Forgiveness is a practice of reconciliation.

It places you in a resource state.

Meaning you can carry on forward from the energy and inner feelings of peace.

The energy, or state you create or move forward from affects the process and the outcome.

If you want to feel better in a situation, forgiveness is a beautiful practice to start with.

Forgiveness creates internal harmony.

Resentment creates internal friction.

Both have an effect on your emotions, mind, body and spirit.

Forgiveness is a path to healing, health and happiness.

It allows you to drop the emotional baggage of a situation or relationship- allowing to feel more free and light.

It shifts your energy, your perspective - your present and your path forward.
