I have a wonderful passion for all types of physical fitness, a creative outlook on daily active
living, and a strong belief in making exercise work for you! My goal is to teach you how to find fun fitness in your everyday life and learn to love a good challenge to your body! Some of my favourite equipment to use; stability balls, free weights, punching bags, target mitts, spin bikes, steps, stairs, hills and anything that gets your heart pumping and your muscles firing! I use my passion for fitness to inspire and motivate you so that you too can feel energised in your own skin! Coming out of my own personal battle with food, I also want to share the amazing freedom from dangerous relationships with that which is meant to be enjoyed and utilized!
