Well the warm snap caused some damage to ice but nothing major. No flooding so that was a positive. Gonna have 1 last rink rat (all ages) Thursday from 3:45-5:45 if things dont change in the forecast.
I will be sharpening skates during that time as well as Wednesday from 5:30-7:30.
Also the lost and found is overflowing. Please come have a look during those hours if youre missing something. Theres a nice pair of glasses here thats been here for a couple weeks and im sure someone's missing them. they're in a green case
If anything changes for thursday rink rat I will make a post on here and will also have it announced at the school so kids can get on their busses.
As for U9 practices and saturday game I am communicating directly with manager so look at team apps for updates, not fb. Thanks

Next weeks schedule. With the forecast I dont forsee any issues for next week. But I will be confirming with coaches and/or managers on the day of if ice is good to go. The skateathon does a real number on the ice and with the plant off im unsure how long it will take to fix things. I will not be making posts about cancelations. I will be dealing with teams directly.

Next weeks schedule.
Going by the long range forecast this will probably be the last week for rinkrat. Due to low public skating numbers since Christmas, every day this week will be rink rat for all ages. And then of course dont forget about the skateathon on the 1st.
