KICK YOUR ASANA.

Thursday nights. 7PM.
11 weeks.
One gloriously sweaty little commitment to yourself.

Think vinyasa + strength + sweat + stretch. Strong flows. Core. Balance. A little shaking. A lot of sweating. Really good music. And just enough “whose idea was this?!” before savasana makes everything okay again. 😂

This would be a super sweaty, strong vinyasa-style session—challenging, playful and very Love Life.

I’m thinking an 11-week Kick Your Asana session this fall.

✨ WELL THIS IS FUN… WE HAVE A GUEST TEACHER! ✨

This Friday at 7pm, Meaghan Shumard is taking over the LLHY teaching floor — and she’s bringing us something a little special. 💛

Meaghan is originally from Grande Prairie and is home for a visit, so obviously we had to get her in the studio while she’s here.

She’ll be teaching a beautiful Yin to Yang style class; a little stillness, a little movement, and a whole lot of nervous-system goodness.

Think:
✨ Meditation
✨ Long, delicious Yin holds
✨ A little Yang flow
✨ Tuning forks
✨ And a nice loooooong Savasana

Basically, if your week has been a little too week-ish… this is your Friday night plan. 😂

Come move. Come breathe. Come lie on the floor for an unreasonable amount of time. Come support a lovely local gal as she shares her practice with our LLHY community. 💕

I’ll sign my daughter up for all of the bball camps and her new shoes match her uniform.
My dog gets his hair and nails done more often than me.

But investing in myself?

Suddenly I need six months to ponder and “hmmm and haw” about it. 😆

Looking through old photos this week has reminded me that Love Life has never just been about yoga.

It’s been about community.
