Good morning everyone, we had a few questions this week about the Drop In on Fridays. So the Drop In for members can be used in place of a missed class, however it must be used in the same month you missed the class. The regular price for Drop In is $25 for non-members and $15 for members. Something new we are trying though is if you are a member and bring a friend, both of you can come play for $25.

Good Morning everyone, just shooting out some information quick. The first is a reminder that the new schedule starts on Monday. Be sure to check it and if you haven't let us know which days you are coming to do so soon please. The second is that Coach Alex Erlam is leaving the gym to move to Jasper. He will be in today and tomorrow if any of our ninjas/parkourists want to stop by and say good-bye. We hope his new adventure brings him a lot of joy and fun in a new place.
