The Grand Plains U13 Ice Dogs hosted and won a Provincial Championship on their home ice on Sunday afternoon. We managed to pull it off again!!!! We always have a long list of thank yous so this year will be no different and hopefully we dont forget anyone!
-to the parents of gpmh that donated their time/money towards our provincial prizes and countless shifts...thank you
-Game sponsorships and prize donators
-to kims kitchen for being open and keeping us all fed
-to the u9 and u11 parents at practise for always asking us "what needs to be laminated today" and helping week after week
-to Anita for taking on the huge task of scheduling the refs for the wknd
-to the decorating crew working months on end getting player profiles ready, custom hockey cards, welcome baskets... and only setting one laminator on fire
-Raelee Brasch for the cowbell logos - and getting more ready after we sold out
-Ryder Rodriguez for helping with music all wknd
-Dennis Lukey for being our amazing announcer all wknd!
-to Wendy Kostur for keeping us all under control and organized and always with a smile on her face... the opening ceremonies alone are not an easy task!
-to the u13 Ice Dog parents for crushing every task for this tournament and being the biggest cheerleaders for the girls
-to the u13 Ice Dog Players - what an amazing group of hard working young ladies!
