🌿 **Dementia Caregiver Support Group – You're Not Alone** 🌿

Caring for someone living with dementia can be one of the most rewarding and one of the most challenging journeys you'll ever experience.

Some days you may feel confident. Other days you may feel exhausted, frustrated, guilty, or overwhelmed. Whatever you're feeling, you're not alone.

Join us this **Wednesday** for a welcoming, confidential support group where caregivers come together to:
• Share experiences in a safe, judgment-free space
• Learn practical strategies for everyday challenges
• Ask questions and receive guidance
• Connect with others who truly understand

Whether you're caring for a spouse, parent, family member, or friend, you're welcome.

Sometimes the greatest gift you can give yourself is an hour with people who "get it."
