I have not posted in a long time but!

We are thinking of coming to GF this summer.
I would like to run a training camp involving Boxing, Muay thai and BJJ. If anyone would be interested let me know. I will update when i know more

Update for GFB students. Tomorrow is our last day at the flexus building. Do not worry we are just moving not shutting down. We have Another place lined up. Just need to finalize. So training at flexus tomorrow and hopefully by thursday we will be in our new spot.
