Exploits Valley Falls Flash Cycling Road Race A cycling filled weekend in the beautiful community of Grand Falls-Windsor. ROAD RACE – 14km lap race, there will be Group A (70km) & Group B (42km) categories.

This weekend will have Mountain bike rides, a time trial, a road race and a fun-filled Hospitality night! TIME TRIAL – 15km race against the clock! MTB RACE – A fun and exhilarating race through the scenic off-road trails in GFW. There will be 3 categories. Elite: More than 3 years experience with more than 5 races completed. Laps are longer and more technical. Sport: For older intermediate riders

with less than 5 races completed. (Most grade 5&6 students)

Beginner: For younger students (Pre-K - Grade 3/4). Training wheels, balance bikes and BMX bikes can be used in this race.
