Congratulations to our good friends at The Terrace Pub & Patio and EAT Restaurant - GFW, NL for their two year anniversary of providing our community with amazing food🍲, brilliant cocktails🍹, and cold draught beer! 🍻

We're looking forward to sending our rafting clients your way again all summer! Can't wait for the patio to open ☀️☀️☀️

Tomorrow we will be open for lunch at 12:00pm, something we haven’t done in a very long time. In fact, since our last lunchtime open, Ally’s hair has went from black to blonde, and by the looks of things…I’ve put on a few extra pounds lol. A lot of change.

But some things haven’t changed. Next week we celebrate TWO YEARS of The Terrace Pub & Patio — which is insane. That also means two years of our partnership with EAT Restaurant - GFW, NL, who are some of the best people you will ever meet. A decision we are proud of every single day!

In 2 years, they have committed to creating us a classic pub food menu, and then growing that pub menu, and then adding to that with a brand new menu, and even incorporating their own specialties and culture into the food we serve day in day out.

And they haven’t raised the prices. Not once…

That in itself is insane. We all know the economy, we aren’t blind to it. I have no doubt that costs have gone up since then, in fact I know it, but still our food prices remain the same. They believe in fairness, and passing on their generosity to the customer. It’s always about the customer. Those are qualities that are getting harder and harder to find — but it’s just who they are.

Maybe we don’t offer the best presentation. Yes, we still serve in takeout boxes. Yes, the food comes 90 feet from kitchen to bar. But it’s good food, it’s fairly priced, and it comes from honest, hardworking people. That’s what matters most to us, and we hope that rubs off on the customers as well.

This is a business worth supporting. This is a business we are beyond proud to call our partners.

Very proud of our staff for donating their time on Sunday to collect food for the Food Bank during the Grand Falls-Windsor Santa Claus parade! We really do have the best staff anywhere!
