🏃‍♂️👟 Hustling for Hospice, Making a Bigger Impact! 💚💙

This week, we visited Carrie and the amazing team at EveryBody Fitness Inc. to celebrate the success of the 2nd Annual Hustle for Hospice and accept their fundraising cheque in support of Lionel Kelland Hospice!

After an incredible first year, this dedicated team came back even stronger, doubling the funds raised last year! 🎉 What an amazing accomplishment and a wonderful example of what can happen when a community comes together for a cause close to home.

From organizing this fun and energetic 5K and 10K event to bringing participants, sponsors, and supporters together, Carrie and the EveryBody Fitness team put so much heart into making this event a success. We are also incredibly grateful to everyone who registered, sponsored, volunteered, donated, or cheered on participants!

Your support helps us provide the comforts of home, create meaningful moments, and offer additional programs and services that make our hospice so much more than a place of care. Every dollar raised helps us continue providing compassionate end-of-life care to individuals and families throughout Central Newfoundland, at no cost to them.

Carrie and the EveryBody Fitness team, thank you for going the extra mile for hospice! Your generosity, enthusiasm, and commitment to our community mean so much to us. We are incredibly grateful that you chose to hustle on our behalf!

FORM FRIDAY: CABLE WOODCHOP💪

Core training goes beyond crunches and planks!

The cable woodchop is a great exercise for building rotational strength, core stability and control, targeting your obliques (the muscles along the sides of your abdomen) while engaging your entire core.

And the best part? You can switch it up simply by adjusting the pulley height! Each variation changes the angle of resistance, challenging your core in a slightly different way.
