Hi everyone,

I’m starting to book my regular monthly massage clients for 2027!

At this time, I am only scheduling clients who book massage appointments monthly. If you come less often than monthly, you don’t need to contact me yet — I’ll be opening up another wave of scheduling once my monthly clients are booked.

For now, I’ll be booking January through May and September through December. June, July and August will be opened later once I know what my summer schedule looks like.

If you would like me to reserve monthly appointments for you in 2027, please send me all of the days and times that you’re generally available. The more availability you give me, the easier it will be for me to find appointments that work for you throughout the year.

Appointments will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the available spots are gone, they’re gone, so please send me your availability as soon as you can.

I will have some weekend appointments available in 2027, which I know will be helpful for those of you who have been looking for weekend times. If weekends work best for you, please include that in your availability, along with any other days or times you could make work.

2027 rates:

• 60 minutes — $90.48 + GST = $95
• 90 minutes — $128.57 + GST = $135

You don’t need to choose specific dates. Just send me the days of the week and times that generally work for you, and I’ll work through the calendar and get your monthly appointments booked.

Once my monthly clients are scheduled, I’ll open the next wave of booking for clients who come less frequently.

Our next 8-week Full Body Strength session starts September 8.

Classes will continue at the Grand Marais Recreation Centre:

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:30 AM

Once a week: $126 for 8 classes
Twice a week: $201.80 for 16 classes

If you’re ready to keep building on the strength you’ve gained — or it’s time to get back into a consistent routine — I’d love to have you back!
