This melty, gooey, high-protein brownie is what solo dessert dreams are made of 🍫💪

Perfect for when you want something warm, chocolatey, and a little extra… just for you.

Here’s how to make it:

✨ 1/4 cup oat flour (blend up rolled oats to make fine fine powder)
✨ 2 tbsp cocoa powder
✨ 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
✨ 1/2 tsp baking powder
✨ 1 tsp sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✨ ~1/4 cup non-dairy milk (enough to form a batter)

Mix all together and pour into an oven-safe single sized dish. Add a few Chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 350°F for 13–15 mins
✨ Don’t forget the flaky salt finish 👌

Strong and soaking up summer ☀️🏋️‍♀️

It’s not about pushing harder or shrinking down.

It’s about moving in ways that feel good, building real strength, and enjoying the season you’re in—literally and hormonally.

Midlife doesn’t mean slowing down… it means tuning in.
To what your body needs. To what makes you feel alive. To the habits that actually support you through perimenopause and beyond.

For me, that looks like:
• Strength training that supports my energy and joints
• Getting outside as much as possible
• Eating enough (especially protein)
• And not forgetting to have fun along the way

Let this be your reminder: you can work on yourself and enjoy the moment you’re in.
