Unfortunately we will be ordered closed again by the Ontario government from January 5th onward, we know this is not the news you wanted to start the new year with but we will get right back to it once we reopen. Hello everyone! Wish we had better news to post but once again we are completely disappointed with our provincial governments decision to keep gyms and fitness facilities closed. This is perhaps the worst announcement yet as this "reopening" plan has no set dates and as it stands it looks like we will be completely closed for at least 2 more months. This blanket approach across our province is completely shortsighted and devastating to so many small businesses like us. With so many places around the world especially in the US that have completely reopened months ago and seen conditions improve(Florida, Texas) its unthinkable the situation our government has put us in. Please write and call our local MPs and politicians, let them feel the heat, this has to end, and we should not have to jump through hoops and fulfill requirements and conditions to be allowed to run our business's. Fitness is ESSENTIAL, exercise is ESSENTIAL, small business's are all ESSENTIAL, especially if its what feeds your family. We will continue to weather the storm, and will see you all once we are allowed to reopen. Until then, remain strong, stay active, even if you're someone who didn't care for cardio, get outside, inactivity is a killer, in 2019 heart disease killed over 280,000 Canadians. Most importantly STAY POSITIVE, we will get through this.

Hello everyone! I wish we had some good news to post but looks like the entire province is going into at minimum another month long full blown lockdown starting this Saturday. Our hearts go out to all the small businesses that have been destroyed through this all, we would like to reach out to anyone who has a small business and offer a partnership program after this is all over, please email us at [email protected] for details. Small business's are the lifeblood of our economy, with 200,000 small business set to be bankrupted by the end of this year it has never been more important to support LOCAL. Please also write to and call your local MPs and politicians, small business's are essential to our economy and our community. There are countless examples of places worldwide who have reopened a long time ago and are faring much better than Canada, especially when it comes to mental health.
