🍴 FOODIE FRIDAY: Creamy Boursin Chicken Orzo Bake

This week’s recipe comes straight from Coach Lauren’s kitchen — and this is the kind of meal we LOVE sharing. 🙌

Creamy Boursin, chicken, orzo, roasted zucchini and juicy cherry tomatoes all baked together into one seriously flavourful meal. Comfort food vibes while still packing 30g of protein per serving. 💪

Per serving:
🔥 428 calories
💪 30g protein
🥣 31g carbs
🥑 20g fat

And can we talk about how easy this would be to meal prep?! Make the full recipe, divide it into 5 portions and you’ve got lunches or dinners ready to grab throughout the week.

Another year of CPR training complete with this crew! ❤️👏

It’s one of those trainings we always hope we’ll never have to use—but being prepared matters.

We’re incredibly proud to have an AED in each of our facilities, and we know firsthand just how important that can be. Roughly five years ago, one of our AEDs was actually used to help save someone’s life. ❤️

So we’ll keep learning, keep growing, keep refreshing our skills… and, of course, enjoy any excuse to get the team together. 😉

Suanne lost 10 pounds and found a new 50 session band!! She had no idea 🤷‍♀️ she would be so successful, but she stuck to her plan and is happy to see the result!

How did she do it? She started eating smaller portions of “treats” - trading the big bowl for the smaller one. This way she doesn’t feel like she’s missing out, but also reducing the effect that extra food has on her body weight. Way to turn a tiny habit into a big win!! 🥇
