Sunny Running Co. was created to be a space for running to be celebrated every day. From geeking out over shoes and nutrition, to being there for those starting out on their running adventure. It’s a space for those who celebrate movement and the outdoors. It’s a home for all runners.

created this newspaper in the build to our doors opening. Its intention was to celebrate everything we stand for. To celebrate running and movement. These images span from the Coastal Mountains of BC to the French Alps and beyond, from the front of the race, to the mid and back of the pack. From the biggest races in the world, to the long hikes in her backyard.

At Sunny Running Co. we celebrate running everyday. Today we celebrate Global Running Day.

Visit us next week in store for the Sunny Spring Sale: Tuesday to Saturday (May 26th-30th). The sale will include footwear, apparel and some hydration products.

Going into the third weekend of the Ferry to Sunny May Segment challenge! 🌞

Some fast times have been thrown down and we’re sure there will be some leaderboard shakeups after the long weekend!

🗓️ On the 9th of May, Sunny will be hosting a rouge race on the segment! Details in the previous post.

🌼 The sun is shining and the flowers are blooming, that must mean The Coaster is around the corner! We are thrilled to be hosting registration and shakeout run. If you are willing and able to volunteer, the team is still looking for a few more individuals! Head to their website to signup (via the button on their homepage).

🧘‍♂️ Yoga for runners! Tuesday May 19th, 26th + June 2nd. 7:15-8pm at Sunny. $25 for a drop in or $65 for the series. Spring into Trails clinic members get a discount. DM us or for more details!

🚲 If you like gravel, and you like bikes… The Coaster and .cc will be hosting a post race gravel spin on the Sunday of The Coaster weekend (June 8th). Make sure you’re following both and .cc to stay up to date! Everyone is welcome, 2 groups, one easy, one long and hard.

Through the month of May Sunny Running Co. & Brooks will be hosting a segment challenge from the Ferry to Sunny Running Co. ⛴️ ➡️ 🌞

It’s simple. From May 1st to 31st run the Strava segment. Show your Strava activity and you’ll be eligible for a one time 15% discount on shoes and clothing. Please note, you only get one discount no matter how many times you complete the segment.

Prizes will be up for grabs:

🌞 Fastest female and male on the segment at the end of the month. Brooks will be kitting you out in a head to toe fit!
🌞 The local legend (most segment attempts). Brooks will be kitting you out in a head to toe fit!
🌞 Best dressed. Theme... SPRING! You will be judged based on photos or in person at the shop if during opening hours! Brooks will be awarding our most vibrant runner a shirt and shorts.
🌞 Brooks will also be giving two pairs of shoes away at the event listed below.

On Saturday the 9th of May, we will be hosting a group “race” on the segment. This will be an unofficial race, the route will not be marked, but it will be an opportunity to get the best out of yourself with some healthy competition!

Join Sunny Running Co. this Easter Weekend! 🐣🌞

To celebrate our gift cards coming in and the long weekend, this Friday and Saturday we will be giving a 10% kickback to all gift cards purchased!

On Saturday we will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt, head to the link in our bio to grab a ticket!

🌞 Social Shakeout Run in partnership with Banditry Cider and Coastline Health & Performance kicks off April 9th at Banditry - 8km+ / 5km / 3km options available - head to SRC for more details.

- The Elphinstone Ascent opened their entries this week. If you’re looking to test your summer alpine legs, head to The Coaster Marathon for details.
