I am super proud of every one who participated to our 2 workouts this week!

I am certainly proud of our Warrior of the week of week 6 Sorina Ioan and Warrior of the week of week 1 Julie Kaz round 3!

It is truely inspiring to see you girls work as hard as you do and keep progressing the way you are!Nice work girls💪💪💪

Sean has been incredibly consistent by attending as many workouts as he could, he has been consistent with his nutrition as well and managed to TRIM OFF 10 lbs! Way to go Sean!
