Here’s Agatsu OG’s 3-weight protocol workout, Canada Day 157 edition!
Grab 3 KBs, a working weight, a heavy weight and a challenge weight. The lift format is 15reps on the lightest, 10reps on the medium and 5reps on the heaviest for each of the 7 rounds. For single arm lifts, switch sides when you switch KBs.
*for all lifts, maintain technical control, pay attention to fatigue, check the ego, and enjoy!
1) 2-arm swings, high tension
2&3) 1-arm swings, counterbalanced for endurance
4&5) Clean & Strict press, pick challenging weights and switch to push press if the strict press starts failing
6&7) Sn**ch (best lift ever) 😁
Rest between each round but don’t lose momentum.
