It is with heavy hearts that we announce the closure of Thousand Islands Youth Boxing Club due to unforeseen circumstances. Our final class will be held on July 31st.

After nearly eight incredible years, it has been an honour to share our passion for boxing with the Gananoque community. We want to sincerely thank everyone who supported us along the way, including our dedicated volunteers, generous sponsors, loyal members, and all those who stepped through our doors. Together, we built more than just a boxing club. We built friendships, confidence, and a strong community of hard-working, good people.

We have loved every moment teaching this sport and watching our members grow both inside and outside the ring. We hope to have the opportunity to bring boxing back to Gananoque in the future.

💥 IMPORTANT REMINDER 💥

Today (Monday May 5) is the first day of our new gym schedule.

Please keep in mind that the gym will NOT be open before 5:30 PM.

All members are welcome to arrive at 5:30 PM and participate in the boxing class from 6:00 - 7:00 PM.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

As of Monday, May 5th, the club will be running one class for all members, Youth and Adults combined.

Classes will still be held Monday - Thursday.

Club doors open at 5:30 PM and members are welcome to enjoy Open Gym.

The boxing workout will be 6:00 - 7:00 PM.

3-Month membership rates remain the same:
- Adults: $180
- Youth (15 & Under): $120

🚨 Attention Athletes & Parents 🚨

Starting THIS SATURDAY January 11th at 10:00 am, we will host weekly sparring sessions!

Any athletes who wish to compete must regularly attend these sessions to acquire the necessary coaching and training.

Athletes who currently spar recreationally or would like to begin sparring are encouraged to attend these sessions for valuable training opportunities and feedback.

Here is what you need to be eligible to spar:
- Register through the Boxing Ontario website for either competitive or recreational sparring according to your intentions
- Have a Boxing Ontario medical completed within one year of today’s date
- Have a fitted mouthguard
- For minors, a parent must come to the club to meet with our team and discuss sparring for their child
- A GOOD ATTITUDE 🥊

Please bring proof of registration and a completed medical.
