We’re officially launching our weekly Happy Hour, and we want to see the whole community out here. It’s all about good vibes, great views, and even better company.

Celebrating a New Season at Galiano Golf Course! ⛳️

What an incredible day we had this past Saturday, May 2nd, for the official opening of our newly renovated Clubhouse and the start of the new season!

The sun was out, the course looked amazing, and the Clubhouse was buzzing with energy. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces (and new ones!) enjoying the space throughout the day.

A Huge Thank You

An opening of this scale doesn't happen without a village. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to:

Richard Blair: Thank you for providing the perfect soundtrack to our celebration! The live music was a massive hit and truly set the tone for the afternoon.

Our Dedicated Staff and Volunteers: From the manicured course to the sparkling clubhouse interior, your tireless hard work made this season's kick off a reality. We couldn't have done it without you.

Whether you stopped by for a round of golf, a meal, or just to poke your head in and say hello—thank you for being part of this special milestone.

☀️ Sun’s Out, And the Clubhouse is Open Soon! 🏌️‍♂️⛳️
Dust off those clubs and get your golf shoes ready—we are officially kicking off the 2026 season! We’ve got a packed May schedule to get you warmed up before we go full-swing into June.

Here is everything you need to know:

🗓️ May: The Warm-Up
Weekends: We’re back in action starting Saturday, May 2!

League Days:

Tuesdays: Ladies’ Day 💃
Thursdays: Men’s Day 🍻

Victoria Day Long Weekend: We’ll be open Monday, May 18, to make the most of your extra day off!

🍹 Happy Hour is Back!
Kick off the weekend the right way. Happy Hour starts Friday, May 15 (Victoria Day weekend kick-off) and will continue every Friday night all season long! 🥂

🍔 June: Full Swing
Starting June 1, we are officially open 7 days a week!

Lunch Service: Available daily.

The Menu: Our chefs are putting the finishing touches on some delicious new items. Stay tuned—the full menu will be revealed well before June 1!

Golf Course Open House Saturday May 2nd - You're Invited!

Saturday May 2, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The Galiano Golf Course is celebrating the official start of the 2026 season with an Open House! Everyone is welcome!

Come and join us at the clubhouse and meet our 2026 clubhouse crew. Check out our recent renovations and enjoy a burger or hot dog on the patio.

From 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Richard Blair will be providing music to help us celebrate the occasion. Please drop by and join us!

We can’t wait to see you there!

There will be tea, coffee, and sweets available all day, or stop by at lunch time to purchase a hamburger or hot dog and enjoy the patio with some music. It's the perfect time to renew your membership if you haven't already.

As the golf season gets underway, don't forget that the Community Bus stop near the golf course!

The Galiano Community Bus 'fleet' includes two Greenpower Motor Company EV Star minibuses, one configured to carry 16 passengers, and the other has a wheelchair lift and can carry 14 passengers or 10 passengers and two wheelchairs.

The Clubhouse opening is right around the corner!

May 2nd is less than a couple of weeks away! The clubhouse will be open from 10: a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Come down and look at all the hard work that has been done on the clubhouse renovations over the offseason! The place is looking amazing! And you'll be able to renew your membership for the season.

Update: Hiring for the 2026 Season
A huge thank you to everyone who expressed interest in joining the team at Galiano Golf Course! We were thrilled by the quality of applications and the enthusiasm from our community.

We are pleased to announce that all positions—including Clubhouse Manager, Attendants, and Food Prep—have now been filled.

While we aren't currently seeking new staff, we are always happy to keep resumes on file for future opportunities. If you’d like us to hold onto yours, feel free to send it over to [email protected].

We’re looking forward to a fantastic season ahead. See you on the green!
