The Gabriola Golf Club is opening the course on Friday 24th April, under strict Covid 19 Guidelines, establish by the Golf Course Association in discussions with BC Health. The clubhouse will remain closed at this time. Golfers should respect strict 6' social distancing and avoid using common touch points. We suggest everyone brings and uses hand sanitizers, which is a good idea for anywhere these days. Please do not congregate in the parking lot, or on the first tee, or any tee. Winter drop in rate of $20 per/day will continue. The pins are in with foam bumpers. DO NOT TOUCH the pins. The driving range is only open for BYOB, bring your own balls, hit them and retrieve them. There will be no rentals, no carts or clubs for now.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update:
Facility Closure

Based on direction from the Public Health Agency of Canada regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) precautions and social distancing measures, the Gabriola Golf & Country Club has made the difficult, but responsible decision to close effective immediately.

Although this decision has not been easy for us to make, we feel it is the right thing to do based on the direction received. With our 2020 golf season just around the corner, we will continue to monitor the situation as closely as we are able to and provide further updates as soon as possible.

Gabriola Golf Club is once again offering FREE JUNIOR GOLF MEMBERSHIPS all summer. Just come in and fill out a short form with phone number, contacts and email contact. Juniors 6-12 play free with a parent or guardian. Juniors 13-18 play free on the course. Ask about supervised practice sessions and range balls also.

Gabriola Golf Club is hiring a summer outside worker for 2019. Job would include a multitude of duties including mowing, whipper snipping, driving range ball picking and maintenance, golf cart maintenance, etc Please drop off a resume and contact Mike Stewart and the Golf Course maintenance yard. 250-247-8822

The Gabriola Golf course is on winter hours, but in fantastic summer shape, greens are excellent. The Clubhouse is closed so it is on the honour system.
Green fees are $20 pp/per day and envelopes are available by the door. Just put your fees in the mail slot

Bookkeeper will process biweekly payroll, enter and pay invoices, perform bank reconciliations and prepare and file government reports.
